Hail the size of a quail egg hit Yaremche
In Yaremche, Ivano-Frankivsk region, today, April 18, hail the size of a quail’s egg fell. This happened following a meteorologists’ warning about dangerous weather conditions in the region.
Local media reported about this.
According to the data from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, thunderstorms, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s, and in some places hail with a diameter of 6-19 mm are expected in the region until the end of the day and at night on April 19. A yellow level of danger (level 1) is in effect.
