In Kryvyi Rih, a synagogue was set on fire on Easter: police are investigating the arson

On Easter night in Kryvyi Rih, a synagogue was set on fire — an unknown man threw two Molotov cocktails at the building housing the cultural and educational center of the Jewish community.

This was reported by the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

As a result of the attack, a fire broke out, which was extinguished independently before the arrival of rescuers. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.

Law enforcement officers are searching for the suspect. The preliminary qualification of the incident is arson with possible signs of interethnic hostility. The case has been handed over to investigators.
