The Russian army advanced southwest of Toretsk, capturing several settlements

Significant advancement of the aggressor’s army has been recorded to the southwest of Toretsk.

This is reported by OSINT analysts DeepState in the messenger "Telegram".

The enemy has gained control over the following settlements: Sukha Balka, Panteleimonivka, and Valentynivka. Moreover, Russian forces are already attempting to assault Romanivka.

It is noted that the occupiers have failed to breach the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of Leonidivka - Petrivka - Shcherbinivka.

However, the breakthrough through the positions of the Ukrainian Defence Forces in the area of the villages of Panteleimonivka and Valentynivka gives the enemy an opportunity to capitalize on success from the right flank of the Ukrainian defense near Toretsk and bypass Shcherbinivka.

"After prolonged attempts, the enemy has eventually found a weak spot in the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this area and after Romanivka, they will strive to reach Aleksandro-Kalynove and Katerynivka to gain control over the logistics of Toretsk itself," DeepState believes.
