In Kharkiv, five staff members of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) and two police officers attempted to mobilize a man.

The man started an argument with them, suggesting they all go to the front together. The TRC employees did not react in any way to this.

Additionally, the man was supported by neighbors. As a result, the mobilization was not carried out.
