A large-scale failure in "Diya": an MP suggested problems at a major infrastructure facility
Member of Parliament Oleksandr Fediyenko suggested that the current disruption in the work of payment systems, the "Diya" application, and "Nova Poshta" might have been caused by technical problems at a large infrastructure facility.
"Judging by what I see, a very large infrastructure facility, which likely served financial institutions, a postal carrier, and so on, is not working," — Fediyenko noted.
He also added that today paper documents might come in handy.
