In Kupyansk, a Russian drone struck near a civilian car: a local surgeon was injured

On Saturday, April 27, in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, a Russian drone struck near a civilian vehicle. As a result of the explosion, a local surgeon who was driving was injured.

This incident was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, which has already launched a criminal investigation under the article pertaining to violations of the laws and customs of war. The pre-trial investigation is currently ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime.

"On April 27, around 8:50, a hostile FPV drone struck near a civilian vehicle in Kupyansk," the report states.

As a result of the enemy attack, the local surgeon received minor physical injuries, and the vehicle was also damaged.

The prosecutor’s office continues to document war crimes committed by Russian military forces to hold the perpetrators accountable.
