In Ukraine, basic general military training will begin to be taught

Starting from September 1, 2025, schools in Ukraine will begin teaching basic general military training instead of "Defence of Ukraine," announced the head of the Kharkiv education department, Olha Demenko.

Students will study theoretical and practical aspects and will also gain skills in pre-medical training.

Children will come to hub schools, which provide a shooting range, stadium, obstacle course, and work with qualified instructors, including veterans.
