Putin called on Ukraine to hold direct negotiations in Istanbul
Putin proposed to resume on May 15 direct talks with Ukraine in Istanbul, which were suspended in 2022.
"During these 3 days of truce, what you also witnessed happened, there were 5 deliberate attempts of attack on the state border," - Putin.
