Putin stated that the Russian proposal is "on the table": called the "SMO" a war

Putin refused a truce, saying that in direct negotiations, the parties could agree not only on a temporary ceasefire but also on ending the war. 

Putin does not rule out the possibility that the negotiations will result in new truces to cease fire.

He also announced that he would have a conversation with Erdogan tomorrow.
