The Council supported amendments to the Budget Code, - MP

The Verkhovna Rada voted on the draft law regarding amendments to the Budget Code, which concern the agreement on minerals.

This was reported by MP Zheleznyak.

Half of the revenues from new mining licenses, special permits, and the state’s share in production sharing agreements will go to the special fund of the budget. From there, they will be directed to the Reconstruction Fund.
