Umyerov: A "1000 for 1000" exchange may take place soon
Defence Minister Umyerov, who leads the Ukrainian delegation in negotiations with the Russian Federation, reported that an agreement was reached in Istanbul for a prisoner exchange based on the formula of 1000 for 1000.
It should be emphasized that this will be the largest exchange since the beginning of the war.
