Potentially preparing a meeting between Zelenskyy and Putin, – Umyerov

Minister of Defence of Ukraine Rustem Umyerov summed up the results of the negotiations with representatives of Russia, which took place in Istanbul on May 16.

"The purpose of our negotiations was to discuss a cease-fire and the exchange of prisoners. We are also potentially preparing a meeting between the leaders of the countries," said Umyerov.
