In the negotiations for Ukraine, the key issues are its army, language, and faith, not territories, said Ukraine’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador Lana Zerkal.

"Do you think that territories are the main issue? Putin uses the topic of territories to prolong the war. But this is not the main issue. I do not believe that territories are a red line for us. I am confident that for us, the red lines are defined through the prism of preserving statehood. Statehood cannot be maintained if we are imposed with the Russian church and Russian language. We need to preserve the army. These are our three main factors and red lines," Zerkal emphasized.
