The USA is addressing the issue of sending additional Patriot systems to Ukraine, however, NATO partners are "not eager" to transfer their Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine, noted Secretary of State Rubio.
He pointed out that NATO allies are experiencing a shortage of such systems even for their own needs.
