Umyerov called Medinskiy after the large-scale prisoner exchange, — Zelenskyy

Head of the Ukrainian delegation, Rustem Umyerov, after a major prisoner exchange over the weekend, contacted the head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinskiy, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported.

According to Zelenskyy, Umyerov inquired about Russia’s readiness to state its conditions for ending the war, to which Medinsky replied that a memorandum "will be."

Earlier, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitriy Peskov stated that the negotiating teams of Ukraine and Russia are working on forming a list of conditions for a temporary ceasefire.
