TRC’s military received a "manual" on behavior during mobilization
Textbooks with instructions on interaction in conditions of mobilization will be sent to TRC leaders. Many Ukrainians, apparently, misunderstand the essence of the mobilization issue.
The military believes that this will reduce the amount of negative sentiment towards enlistment officers, stated the spokesperson of the Land Forces Command, Vitaliy Sarantsev.
Each TRC head will be given a textbook with rules, after which they will instruct their subordinates before participating in notification activities. As Sarantsev noted, due to non-compliance with norms by enlistment officers during communication, a number of unpopular personnel decisions were made.
The military emphasized the constant monitoring of negative messages about TRC activities. According to him, many video conflicts on the internet are allegedly fabricated.
"The percentage of this negativity does not even reach 1% of the total number of those mobilized into the Defence Forces of Ukraine," he stated.
Sarantsev is also confident that the increase in photos and videos of attacks by TRC employees on citizens is related to "citizens’ misunderstanding of the mobilization issue."
"Unfortunately, this is a necessary process. Many citizens misunderstand the essence of mobilization, its reasons, and its ultimate goals," he noted.
Many citizens, as the spokesperson said, "quickly forgot about the Russian occupation and the looters who committed robberies and murders in the occupied areas of Ukraine."
