Companies likely associated with the former husband of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna are obtaining management of seized state property.
This is reported by "Ukrayinska Pravda" citing sources.
In particular, it concerns one of the largest berry producers in Ukraine, whose asset was seized back in 2022 and remained without management for several years. On April 14, ARMA announced the transfer of this property to the consortium "UK KAMparytet" — the winner of a tender in which three companies participated.
According to journalists, the consortium is linked to Stefanishyna’s ex-husband, who in informal conversations calls himself the "shadow curator of the ARMA office." Interestingly, an addendum to the previous contract, also won by "KAMparytet," was signed by a former advisor to Stefanishyna.
The first director of the company was Taras Holub, a former advisor to the minister, and now an employee of the President’s Office. He is also personally acquainted with her former husband.
The company "KAMparytet" has already won at least four tenders for the management of state property in the past year, including the House of Trade Unions in the center of Kyiv and the "Flagman" shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk. This is a record among private companies during the leadership of ARMA by Olena Duma.
During the government’s question hour in parliament, Stefanishyna was asked about these connections. She stated that she has no relation to the activities of ARMA, is not informed about her ex-husband’s affairs, and does not know what he is involved in. At the same time, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko noted that the investigation includes a photo where the minister, together with her ex-husband, visits Metropolitan Epiphanius.
