
On June 14, around 4 a.m., agents of the Ukrainian Intelligence Service carried out an attack on an industrial electrical substation in the Russian city of Kaliningrad, resulting in a complete power outage, including the supply to Russian military-industrial complex facilities and Russian Armed Forces installations located nearby.
This was reported by media sources within the Intelligence Service.
According to the sources, Ukrainian intelligence agents disabled the cooling system of the substation’s power transformer and then set it on fire.
According to the interlocutor’s estimates, the damage to Russia from this sabotage amounts to nearly $5 million.
