The seized plant of the traitor Viktor Medvedchuk was caught illegally using the seized assets. They were producing and selling concrete mixtures without proper permits and using specialized transport outside of state control. The plant has a large production infrastructure with a total asset value of over 16 million hryvnias. Law enforcement continues the investigation to stop this activity and return the assets to state ownership.

This was reported by the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA). The plant LLC "Betonbud", located in Lviv at 367/2 Horodotska Street, has a large production infrastructure, including concrete plants, hangars for bulk materials, laboratories, offices, and storage facilities.

The company’s authorized capital is over 11 million hryvnias, and the total value of the unaccounted assets exceeds 16 million hryvnias. At the request of the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI), the Lviv District Court seized these assets on September 18, 2024.

The plant was transferred to ARMA’s management. The owners of the company are brothers Serhiy Medvedchuk and Bohdan Kozak – relatives of former members of parliament Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak, who are suspected of crimes related to aiding the aggressor state.

According to the investigation, the Medvedchuks and Kozaks used their businesses for large financial frauds, including tax evasion amounting to over 75 million hryvnias. The initial asset seizures of the suspects have already taken place, including LLC "Kerambud" and other properties worth over 200 million hryvnias.

In June 2025, employees of the central apparatus of ARMA and the Western Interregional Territorial Administration conducted a scheduled inspection of the LLC "Betonbud" plant. The inspection recorded facts of illegal use of the seized production capacities. On the territory of the plant, the following were discovered:
