This was reported by volunteer, active military officer, and leader of the military-patriotic movement "Carpathian Sich," Taras Deyak
Taras also stated that two employees of the TRC publicly humiliated the veteran by questioning his disability.
The employees in question are Dmytro Khadzhayev and Daniel Oyshcher from the TRC, who humiliated veteran Oleksandr Usenko, a person with a second-degree disability, a serviceman who went through the war and now works at the Zakarpattia Veteran Hub, representing our region in the adaptive sports team CS Gladiator.

“He was hit on the head. Humiliated with words: ’Where did you buy your disability?’ This was said to someone who defended the country when others stayed at home. While we are on the front lines, wounded comrades receive blows not from the enemy but from behind. And this is not an isolated case. It’s a rot that someone is covering up. These two must publicly apologize, and then head to the front. Because there aren’t enough people there. Meanwhile, back here, we are suffocating from ’heroes’ of the rear. We will arrange their deployment to a combat unit. Honor is not just a word. Prove that it still means something to you,” Taras Deyak said.
It should be noted that in the comments on the post, users pointed out that the cause of the conflict was the veteran’s remark to the TRC employees about using the Russian language.

A resident of the Rakhiv region, veteran Vasyl Dovhanyuk, also reported a similar incident in the comments.

The head of the Uzhhorod district TRC apologized to the veteran on behalf of his subordinates.
