
The Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, and Defence Forces units are conducting planned security measures in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv.
The corresponding statement was published on the Security Service’s website.
The aim is to check the anti-terrorist (counter-sabotage) protection of places with mass gatherings of people.
Therefore, law enforcement officers:
"The exercises will be carried out taking into account the legal regime of martial law. During the exercises, there may be restrictions on passage and travel through the city streets, document checks of citizens, and vehicle inspections.
The Security Service of Ukraine urges people to understand potential inconveniences and to respond appropriately to the lawful actions and requirements of law enforcement officers.
In addition, it is necessary to carry identification documents and adhere to the curfew," the statement said.
