44 million bail for Chernyshov was posted by "Kyiv’s overseer" Komarnytskyi, - blogger

The bail of 44 million hryvnias for the former head of Naftogaz of Ukraine, Oleksiy Chernyshov, was effectively secured by the scandalous businessman and unofficial "curator" of the capital’s administration, Denys Komarnytskyi.

This was reported by the blogger Volodymyr Bondarenko.

According to him, the funds were officially transferred to the court’s account by Dariya Bedya (also known as Druzhchenko or Karapetyan), born in 1982 and registered in Irpin. It is alleged that the source of the funds was supposedly "marketing services" related to the residential complex Happytalist on Motorniy Lane, 8 (2.5 hectares). The project’s clients were ME "Spetszhytlofond" and LLC "Redklid Benefit," which are under Komarnytskyi’s control through his representative, Andriy Bilash.

Furthermore, from 2020 to 2024, Dariya Bedya headed LLC "NS Development," which belonged to the joint investment fund "Delta-Capital," also associated with Komarnytskyi. This structure, in turn, owned the company "Holosiivskyi Quarter," on which, according to sources, part of Komarnytskyi’s real estate is registered.
