The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported that Russian military forces struck the city’s civilian infrastructure - destroying an educational institution.
As a result of the shelling, a man and a woman were injured and are in serious condition; they are receiving all necessary medical assistance.
According to preliminary information, the Russians fired from a "Tornado-S" multiple rocket launcher system.
