
On the night of July 5-6, the aggressor country Russia launched a drone strike on the Kyiv region – Vyshhorod district was hit. As a result of the events, destruction and fires were recorded in the industrial and residential sectors, and four people were injured by the aggressor’s actions.
This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration (KRMA). The official social media of the department, as well as the State Emergency Service, published pictures of the consequences of the Russian attack on the region.

"A 35-year-old man received shrapnel wounds to the back, arms, and legs. A 79-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man are in a state of acute stress reaction. All the injured received the necessary medical assistance on site," the KRMA statement said.

In particular, two multi-story buildings were damaged in the Vyshhorod district, the fire destroyed four garage premises and a car, and three more cars were damaged.

In addition, there was a fire in a warehouse. Private residential houses and outbuildings were also damaged.


In one of the houses, rescuers freed a woman born in 1938 – the victim received all necessary medical assistance.


In the morning, the Kyiv Region SES reported that rescuers continue to work in the Vyshhorod district, where the latest attack caused destruction and fires in industrial and residential areas.
