In Perechyn, the military detained a resident of Odesa — the police refuse to intervene

A resonant situation is unfolding in the town of Perechyn, Zakarpattia region: employees of the local TRC (territorial recruitment center) detained a man from Odesa and placed him in a service vehicle.

Eyewitnesses report this on social media.

In the video circulating online, the man asks the police to intervene, but the law enforcement officers refuse to respond, stating that it’s supposedly "not within their jurisdiction." Meanwhile, the TRC representatives refuse to show any documents, despite being filmed on camera. A voice off-screen can be heard saying: "Stop talking, just take him away, that’s all."
