The newly appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to the Sultanate of Oman, Olha Selykh, did not submit a declaration after her appointment for the year 2024.

This became known from the NACP register.

Olha Selykh was educated in foreign economic activity management at the Rivne Institute of Slavic Studies, law at the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise, and Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko. She does not have experience working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This spring, she completed a specialized course for ambassadors at the Diplomatic Academy named after Hennadiy Udovenko.

Olha Selykh hails from Volyn. She is the head of the LLC "BC ’Velychnyi Podil’," vice president for government and business relations in the public organization "Business Ukrainian Women," and the head of the board at the Homeowners Association "Liberty Lux."

On her Facebook page, the new ambassador noted that she began her professional career in 2008, immediately starting as the general director and owner of LLC "Kyiv Invest-Bud." Subsequently, she worked as a lawyer and advisor at the KRC "National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine" as well as the head of LLC "Global Bud-Proekt." Together with her sister Lyudmila Dyakova (Selykh), they engage in tender activities for renovation works at "Ukrinform." Olha Selykh uses LLC "Kyiv Invest-Bud" for this purpose, and her sister uses LLC "Electro-Trading Ukraine." The companies have been present at almost half of all "Ukrinform" tenders, winning them alternately.

The woman only submitted an income declaration for the year 2023, which is already a violation.

Selykh possesses a significant real estate portfolio, including properties in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine:

- Non-residential premises in Kyiv (78.8 m², purchased on 12.03.2020) valued at 2.8 million UAH
- Apartment in Kyiv (96.9 m², purchased on 04.06.2014) valued at 1.9 million UAH.
- Parking space in Kyiv (13.8 m², purchased on 29.07.2014) for 105 thousand UAH.
- Land plot in Volyn (village of Kusnyshcha, 2500 m², purchased on 15.11.2022) valued at 248 thousand UAH.
- Another land plot in Volyn (village of Kusnyshcha, 4700 m², purchased on 15.11.2022) valued at 435 thousand UAH.
- Land plot in Kyiv region (village of Fasova, 1200 m², purchased on 04.11.2010) valued at 22.8 thousand UAH.

Selykh owns a Toyota Camry car (2017) valued at 874 thousand UAH. Additionally, she declared valuable movable property — a round table made of maple veneer and chairs from the Giorgio Collection Luxury Experience made in Italy, purchased for 383 thousand UAH.

The only source of income for the year 2023 stated in the declaration is a salary of 150 thousand UAH for part-time work, received from the Homeowners Association "Liberty Lux," where Selykh holds the position of deputy chair of the board.

Olha Selykh is the ultimate beneficial owner of three limited liability companies registered at the same address in Kyiv (40 Hlybochytska St., premises 8):

- LLC "Kyiv Invest-Bud" (EDRPOU code 36282359).
- LLC "Global Bud-Proekt" (EDRPOU code 42006570), where she is also the director (unpaid position).
- LLC "International Trading Company" (EDRPOU code 42125972), where she also holds the position of director (unpaid).

Selykh declared 7.4 thousand dollars in cash and 102 thousand UAH in bank accounts.
