The city of Lyman in the Donetsk region is 85% destroyed, but life goes on there.
This was reported by the UAV pilot of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Myroslav Kobylyanskyi, who published a video from Lyman.
The Ukrainian defender showed empty streets with destroyed buildings in the video, noting that there are still a few thousand people in the settlement who survive thanks to humanitarian aid:
«Lyman is a city-ruin, a former transportation hub, destroyed by the Russian army. After de-occupation, people continue to live here — without electricity, gas, or jobs. 85% of residential buildings are destroyed or damaged. The streets are empty, and the front line is 12 km away.».
