As part of the President of Ukraine’s initiative Bring Kids Back UA, four more Ukrainian children have been returned from temporarily occupied territories.
This was reported on Telegram by the Head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak.
«A 15-year-old girl who persistently wore an embroidered shirt to a Russian school, defending her pro-Ukrainian stance. For this, she was harshly bullied and beaten, and teachers wrote reports and threatened her mother with parental rights deprivation. Two more rescued are a 4-year-old girl and her 8-year-old brother. Their family was threatened with having their children taken away for refusing to attend Russian school. A 17-year-old boy barely managed to avoid compulsory conscription into the Russian army, as he already received a draft notice, and several classmates were already conscripted despite their young age,» - Yermak noted.
The Head of the Presidential Office thanked the Save Ukraine team and other partners for their assistance in rescuing these children.
«We are fulfilling the President’s task - to bring back all the children,» - he emphasized.
