15 million hryvnias debt: Slots City filed a lawsuit against “Diamond Pay”, which is associated with Yevhen Yakhniy

The company "Gamedev", representing the Slots City casino network, has filed a lawsuit with the Commercial Court of the Dnipropetrovsk region demanding the recovery of 15.35 million UAH from "Diamond Pay" LLC, which is associated with former KRAIL member Yevhen Yakhniy, who  is currently in custody.

The lawsuit concerns a debt under contract No. 31023 dated March 17, 2023, related to the provision of fund transfer services. Although the appeal to the court was made back in the spring, the consideration of the case was constantly postponed due to procedural errors.

Currently, the first court hearing is scheduled for August 11 at 12:45 in room No. 1-107 of the Commercial Court of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

According to open data, the company "Gamedev" is registered to a resident of the Odesa region, Pavlo Chyklikchy. The director and co-founder is Kyiv resident Artem Rudychenko.
