Zelenskyy signed the law: Military personnel are guaranteed to receive a minimum of 15 days of leave

Zelenskyy signed the law on leave for military personnel.

This was reported by the Office of the President.

According to the Deputy Head of the OP, Pavlo Palisa, military personnel are guaranteed at least 15 days of annual leave out of the 30 provided. The rest will depend on the conditions within the unit.

It also provides for:

• for combat veterans — an additional 14 days of leave;
• contract soldiers aged 18–24 will be able to take leave for exams at universities.

The law will come into effect one month after its official publication.
