Ukraine will receive mobile air defence systems Skyranger from the company Rheinmetall by the end of the year

Germany to provide Ukraine with new air defense systems to protect against drones, — ZDF.

This announcement came from Rheinmetall CEO Papperger. It concerns modern mobile air defence systems Skyranger. The anti-aircraft platform is mounted on Leopard tanks and ensures the destruction of all drones within a 4×4 km area.

The agreement for the supply will be signed this week in London, and the first systems will be handed over to Kyiv by the end of the year. Ukraine will receive Skyranger systems earlier than the German armed forces.
