Russia shelled the Sumy community: infrastructure damaged
In the night leading up to September 16, the Sumy community came under another Russian shelling attack.
According to information from the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Hryhorov, two strikes were recorded. Both occurred in non-residential areas, and there are no reports of casualties.
Part of the city was left without electricity as a result of the attack. Energy workers have begun efforts to restore power.
