
Journalist Seredych reports that on September 30, the Office of the Prosecutor General orders the following employees of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office to undergo a medical examination to verify the establishment of disability:
- Prosecutor of the Skole Department of Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office, Blystiv Maryana,
- Prosecutor of Drohobych District Prosecutor’s Office, Bun Andriy,
- Prosecutor of the Department for Countering Violations of Human Rights in Law Enforcement and Penitentiary Spheres, Humenna Iryna,
- Prosecutor of the Department for Oversight of Compliance with Laws by Territorial Police Bodies during Pre-Trial Investigation, Inquiry, and Public Prosecution Support of the Oversight Department for Compliance with Laws by the National Police, Kolosovska Lyudmyla,
- Deputy Head of Pustomyty District Prosecutor’s Office, Kravchyk Roman,
- Head of Sheptytska District Prosecutor’s Office, Kupetskyi Volodymyr,
- Prosecutor of Halytska District Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv, Kutsalaba Tetyana,
- Prosecutor of the Department for Representation of State Interests in Land Relations Matters, Leontyeva Nataliya,
- Prosecutor of Pustomyty District Prosecutor’s Office, Opanasyuk Oleh,

In case of failure to undergo the medical examination, this fact will be considered a violation of the requirements of Article 11 of the Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct of Prosecutors and other legislative acts, which will entail corresponding legal consequences.
