Russia may start striking Kyiv with FPV drones, — military

The deputy commander of the 21st Separate Brigade of Special Assignments (OPBS) Yehor Firsov stated that Kyiv might be attacked by a swarm of large FPV drones. He noted that the range of Russian FPV drones has been increased to 40 kilometers and warned that over time such UAVs might begin attacking Kyiv.

Firsov emphasized that Ukraine knows how to combat this, but further improvement of methods is necessary.

«We will not shoot down an FPV drone costing several thousand dollars with a "Patriot" missile,» Firsov added.
