"Readiness 75%": the occupational "authorities" of Donetsk report on the preparation for the heating season
The housing stock of the occupied Donetsk is reportedly 75% ready for the heating season. This was stated by the so-called "head of the city district" Oleksiy Kulemzin.
As he noted, the system flushing has been completed in 432 establishments (which is 95% of the planned), and the boiler houses are technically 78% ready. It is reported that work is being carried out on replacing heating networks and pumps, repairing boilers, and preparing central heating points.
