The occupiers attacked Sumy with drones: there are hits on an enterprise and an educational institution
On the night of September 22, Russian forces carried out an attack on Sumy. Two strikes hit an enterprise, and an educational institution was also damaged.
It is known that there is at least one injured person. This was stated by the head of the Sumy City Military Administration, Serhiy Kryvosheyenko.
Information that the Russians attacked the regional center with strike drones was provided by the official after 4 a.m.
"Preliminary reports indicate three drone strikes recorded in the Kovpakivskyi district of the city. Fires broke out as a result of the shelling," Kryvosheyenko wrote, specifying that an inspection of the area is underway.
At around 5 a.m., he reported a strike on one of the city’s enterprises.
"Two strikes hit the enterprise – a security guard was injured. Another strike targeted an educational institution. Information regarding casualties and damage is being clarified," noted the head of the Sumy City Military Administration.
