Olena Zelenska revealed details of the meeting with Melania Trump

According to Zelenska, she and Trump discussed shared values, including the protection of children and their childhood.

"I thanked Ms. Melania for her support of Ukraine. Especially for her attention to children who have become victims of Russia’s brutal war against Ukraine. In particular, for the letter — a call to Putin for peace for the children," — stated the First Lady of Ukraine.

She emphasized that she highly values the open heart of the First Lady of the USA towards the well-being of children around the world.

Zelenska stressed that she continues to believe in the power of soft methods — in humanity, empathy, and the ability to change reality for the better.

The First Lady expressed confidence that with joint efforts, it is possible to help all children who need support.

Zelenska also added that she hopes for further cooperation with Trump to protect children.
