Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff regarding Ukraine’s long-range capabilities

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a technological meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff. It focused on Ukraine’s long-range capabilities and was chaired by the head of state.

About this, reported the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov.

"We listened to reports from the military on the needs of the Defence Forces for drones and missiles, the effectiveness of their use, and ways to improve results. The Ministry of Defence reported on the status of contract conclusion and execution, funding levels, and the actual provision for the army," Umerov said.

Also, during the meeting, problematic issues with Ukrainian state and private manufacturers were discussed:

• production and supply of components;
• launch of new production capacities;
• opening of factories and increasing export capabilities.

"Following the meeting, specific tasks were adopted for the executors, and control over their implementation was established," he emphasized.
