In Konotop, a man was injured by an air defence bullet while enemy drones were being shot down

In Konotop, a man was injured as a result of air defence operations against enemy drones. He sustained a gunshot wound.

This was reported on Telegram by the city’s mayor, Artem Semenikhin.

"In the center, a 79-year-old man was injured with a bullet to the abdomen. An air defense bullet! So, do not stay near windows or outside during the boys’ operations," Semenikhin reported.

According to him, the person was taken to the hospital, and an urgent operation is underway.

It should be noted that since the morning of September 30, Konotop has been under a large-scale drone attack. Local authorities have repeatedly reported explosions. Furthermore, Semenikhin urged the city’s residents to stock up on water and charge electronic devices.
