Yusov: All delays in prisoner exchanges are caused by Russia

All delays that occur with prisoner exchanges are due to Russia’s fault.

This was stated by Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

«We are ready to take back as many as possible and conduct exchanges: to return both civilians and military personnel, even outside of exchanges. Ukraine is doing everything possible for this,» — Yusov emphasized.
