Russian strikes on transformers: part of Kharkiv left without electricity

Due to the occupiers’ strikes on transformer substations in Kharkiv, three districts of the city are partially without power.

This was reported by the mayor, Ihor Terekhov.

The city authorities are working on restoring electricity supply. The population is advised to prepare in advance for power outages.
