Tragedy in the DIM family: The heir to the development empire Arseniy Nasikovskyi died
It has become known that Arseniy Nasikovskyi, the heir to one of the most ambitious business families in Kyiv and a junior partner of the DIM group of companies, has passed away. This is one of the major developers in the capital: over 11 years, the company has built more than 800,000 square meters of housing in Kyiv and the surrounding region, including 16 completed residential complexes and another 19 in the project stage. Additionally, 21-year-old Arseniy had his own business projects, which even his family was unaware of.
This was reported by Informator.
The death of his son, Arseniy Nasikovskyi, a junior partner of the DIM group of companies, was announced by his father, Oleksandr. He made a heartfelt post on Facebook, addressing his son with promises to move forward despite the grief that has struck the family.
"I will find the strength to keep going - for Mom, for your sisters, for your ideas. I gave you my word, and I remember every word. I promise to keep it," Oleksandr Nasikovskyi noted.
The founder of the DIM group of companies promised to preserve all four projects that his son had been developing independently. These include NAD (Nasikovskyi Arseniy Development) and ARS Capital - affordable housing projects in Ukraine, the Maximus recreational thermal resort in Berehove, commercial real estate projects, and a fund attracting investments for the development of these areas. Additionally, the charitable project ARS Foundation, which supports orphanages and orphaned children, a network of 8 wellness resorts called ANiMA, and the NOVA travelers’ business club, also created by Arseniy Nasikovskyi, will be preserved.
"Today, I learned from your partners about all four of your projects. I don’t understand how you found the time for all of this - and without my help. You probably wanted to prove that you could do it on your own, without your father’s support, and know this - I’m convinced: you did it. You were and remain incredible," wrote Nasikovskyi Sr.
Interestingly, Arseniy Nasikovskyi’s ideas were not limited to construction topics. On an Instagram page created in his memory by the prestigious Kyiv school "KDMSh," where he was a graduate, there is mention of a mobile app for preparing for the External Independent Evaluation (ZNO) in mathematics, which he created on his own while preparing for exams. He also completed the 10th grade externally to have an "extra" year for new projects. He called himself an heir: on his personal Instagram page, he shared his motto: "An heir is not the one who receives, but the one who multiplies."
The exact circumstances of the 21-year-old heir to the construction business empire’s death are unknown. There are only rumors that, being an athlete and blogger, he attempted a difficult stunt that ended tragically. It is known that from the beginning of the war until mid-2023, Nasikovskyi lived abroad and only then returned to the country. At DIM Group, he played an active role in operational projects, overseeing construction and investment directions.
It should be noted that DIM Group is one of the major Kyiv holdings in the full-cycle real estate development sector. Founded in 2014, it unites several legal entities: production, architectural, construction companies, a real estate agency, and a management company. Over 11 years, the company has built more than 800,000 square meters of real estate in Kyiv and the surrounding region, including the premium residential complex The One in Pechersk, Park Lake City on the Novoobukhiv Highway, Lucky Land near the Lavina Mall shopping center in Berkovtsi, and others.
