Clash in Dnipro: TRC workers attempted to seize a phone from a local resident
Video capturing the beginning of the conflict between civilians and military officers in Dnipro.
The video shows TRC staff getting out of a minibus and starting an argument with local residents.
During the dispute, one of the residents began recording everything on video, to which the military reacted aggressively, attempting to take the phone away.
After this, the fight broke out.
