Ex-President of "Motor Sich" Bohuslayev has been extended detention
The Solomyanskyi District Court of Kyiv extended the preventive measure in the form of detention for the former president of "Motor Sich," Vyacheslav Bohuslayev, who is suspected of working for Russia.

Bohuslayev participates in the hearing remotely, as he is in a medical facility.
The lawyers are requesting the recusal of the prosecutor. The court satisfied this petition and removed the prosecutor from further participation in the criminal proceedings.
The court left Bohuslayev in custody, but with the option of posting bail. According to the lawyer, the amount of bail set by the court for Bohuslayev is 908.4 million hryvnias.
