In Lutsk, TRC employees without uniforms detained a young man

Employees of the TRC blocked a courtyard with their minibuses and detained a young man. He did not manage to hide in the entrance.

During the detention, many employees were not wearing military uniforms, no one introduced themselves, and there was no police presence at the scene.

Local residents and a girl who was accompanying the young man loudly protested, demanding his release.
