Frontline regions of Ukraine are the most vulnerable due to power outages, — Popenko

Frontline regions will suffer from prolonged outages in winter.

This was stated by the head of the Union of Consumers of Communal Services, Oleh Popenko.

According to him, the greatest damage will be inflicted on Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, and Chernihiv regions, although outages will affect the entire Ukraine.
