Broke the record: Ukraine’s national debt exceeded 8 trillion hryvnias

Ukraine’s public debt exceeds 8 trillion UAH, — Ministry of Finance.

As of September 30, 2025, Ukraine’s public and state-guaranteed debt amounted to 8024.1 billion UAH* ($194.2 billion), of which:

- External debt — 6063.2 billion UAH (75.6%), or $146.8 billion.
- Domestic debt — 1960.9 billion UAH (24.4%), or $47.5 billion.
