Criticism of mobilisation: MP claims that recruitment centres are sending unfit individuals to the army

The Member of Parliament noted that territorial recruitment centers are sending a significant number of people to military service who, by law, are not subject to mobilization.
He also expressed the opinion that increasing penalties for unauthorized abandonment of a unit may have negative consequences, as, in his words, «the authorities themselves created the conditions for this phenomenon».
