Hidden assets of the deputy head of the Regional State Administration: Mykola Paliychuk’s family owns 10 properties and luxury cars
As part of monitoring the lifestyle of top officials in various regions of Ukraine, the media team drew attention to the family wealth and business interests of Mykola Paliychuk, the deputy head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration. He is the deputy head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, an experienced official who, over the years of his political career, has changed several parties and accumulated numerous questions around himself. Formally, he does not own a business, but his family possesses significant assets: apartments, land, non-residential premises, and expensive cars.
This is reported by Stopkor.
Paliychuk started his career as a mechanic, later becoming a deputy of the regional council and the head of the budget committee. During his career, he was a member of parties such as "Our Ukraine," "UDAR," "UKROP," and "For the Future." Despite statements about refusing a salary, in certain years, he received bonuses and premiums amounting to 250% of his official salary. In 2018, he declared 409 thousand hryvnias from the regional council.
Parallel to his political career, the material status of his family also grew. For instance, the official’s children own apartments in elite districts of Ivano-Frankivsk. His wife, Elvira Hrynishak, declared at least 10 real estate properties, including a residential house of over 370 square meters, shops, land, apartments, and non-residential premises. Additionally, she owns two HONDA CR-V cars—one from 2012 and another from 2021. The total value of the cars exceeds 1.6 million hryvnias. Paliychuk himself does not declare any vehicles.

Interestingly, until recently, Paliychuk was married to Nataliya Dmytrivna, with whom he had three children. Later, there was an official divorce and a new marriage. In the 2020 declaration, six children are already listed, two of whom bear the surname of his new wife.
His ex-wife, Nataliya Paliychuk, is mentioned in a closed criminal case related to the cultivation of opium poppy. She managed to avoid liability by admitting guilt. Additionally, she previously owned shares in companies that were once managed by Paliychuk himself.
Among these companies are PE "Ruslana Company" and LLC "Ruslana." They were registered at the same address where a firm organizing tours to the Carpathians once operated. This is a direct hint at possible involvement in the tourism business, particularly in Bukovel.
Mykola Paliychuk is listed as a manager or participant in several enterprises and public organizations, mostly registered in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. None of them own property or have won state tenders, but some of these companies can be linked to the tourism and sports sectors.
The private enterprise "Ruslana Company" (EDRPOU code 31067589) officially has no property or tenders. Mykola Paliychuk is listed as its manager. A similar situation exists with LLC "Ruslana" (EDRPOU code 30060509), where Paliychuk was a participant. Both enterprises are registered in the village of Vorokhta at the address: Danylo Halytskyi Street, 55.

Previously, a company that rented out real estate and operated in the hotel business was active at this address. The archive of the website carpathiantours.com indicates that the company organized tourist tours to the Carpathians.

Paliychuk was also a participant in other enterprises: PJSC "Oblpalyvo" (EDRPOU code 13657523), registered in the village of Khryplyn at Avtolyvmashivska Street, 130, as well as the public organization "Spilna Pratsya" (code 36733211), registered in Ivano-Frankivsk at Molodizhna Street, 40, apt. 21.
Special attention is drawn to the Ski Sports Federation of Ivano-Frankivsk Region (EDRPOU code 26289512), where, as of July 23, 2025, Paliychuk is listed as the head. Although this organization also has no official property, its activities may indicate informal influence in the region’s sports environment.
An investigation by the resource "Nashi Hroshi" mentions Paliychuk’s connection with lawyer Storozhuk, an assistant to former MP Oleksandr Shevchenko, who has long been associated with the Bukovel ski resort. In the YouControl database, Paliychuk’s contacts include a phone number that is also listed as the contact for lawyer Storozhuk.
Additionally, Storozhuk is a participant in the public organization "Oleksandr Shevchenko’s Civic Movement ‘Country of Dignity and Truth’" (EDRPOU code 42113768). The presence of several sports-related public organizations linked to Paliychuk may suggest his involvement or influence in Bukovel’s ski business, although there is no formal confirmation of this.
Questions also arise regarding tender activities. In recent years alone, the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council purchased dozens of wristwatches for a total amount of over 360 thousand hryvnias. Committees under Paliychuk’s control also approved the purchase of gift sets and books, which appears to be a classic case of misuse of funds.
Moreover, Paliychuk was a figure in a case concerning violations of legislation on political party financing. He transferred contributions to the "UKROP" party while having a tax debt at the time, which is directly prohibited by law. The court closed the case due to the statute of limitations, but the fact of the violation was confirmed.
Despite all this, Paliychuk continues to hold a high position in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. And the lifestyle of his family—especially considering the lack of real business and officially low income—raises more and more questions.
