Situation on the front: Ukrainian defenders repelled over 200 enemy attacks, inflicting significant losses on the enemy

As of 22:00 on December 10, 200 combat engagements took place. Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy’s attempts to advance deeper into our territory, inflicting fire damage on them.

This was reported by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian invaders carried out 23 airstrikes, dropping 62 guided bombs. In addition, they deployed 1,754 kamikaze drones for attacks and conducted 2,707 shelling attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas.

In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, seven combat engagements occurred. The enemy conducted 65 shelling attacks, including one with a multiple launch rocket system.

Today, the enemy attacked 10 times in the South-Slobozhanskyi direction in the areas of Starytsia, Vovchansk, Dvorianske, and towards Synelnykove, Obukhivka, and Kutkivka. One combat engagement is still ongoing.

In the Kuyiansk direction, the enemy made nine attempts to advance towards Petropavlivka and Kurylivka.

In the Lyman direction, the Defence Forces repelled 23 assault actions in the areas of Novoyehorivka, Hrekivka, Novoselivka, Zarichne, Torske, and towards Cherneshchyna, Oleksandrivka, Drobysheve, Stavky, and Lyman. Four combat engagements are currently ongoing.

In the Slovyansk direction, the enemy attacked seven times in the area of Yampol and towards Sviato-Pokrovske.

In the Kramatorsk direction, no combat engagements were recorded.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, 23 combat engagements took place today. The enemy attempted to storm the positions of Ukrainian units near Oleksandro-Shultine, Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar, Yablunivka, and towards Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, and Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy attacked 36 times in the areas of Zapovidne, Razine, Novoekonomichne, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Osavulske, and towards Sofiivka, Kucheriv Yar, Novyi Shakhovyi, Novyi Donbas, Ivanivka, Rodynske, Sukhetske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Molodetske, Novopavlivka, and Filia.

Today, in this direction, according to preliminary data, 186 occupiers were neutralized, of which 124 were irreversible losses. Additionally, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed two vehicles, three armored combat vehicles, two motorcycles, four quad bikes, 11 unmanned aerial vehicles, one piece of special equipment, two personnel shelters, and also damaged three units of automotive equipment, two units of special equipment, one cannon, and 17 enemy personnel shelters.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 20 attacks by the invaders in the areas of Vorone, Stepove, and towards Ivanivka, Novoselivka, Sosnivka, Zelenyi Hai, Verbove, Vyshneve, Yehorivka, Krasnohirka, Rybne, and Uspenivka.

In the Hulyaipole direction, 14 combat engagements took place in the area of Solodke and towards Zelenyi and Hulyaipole. Two combat engagements are currently ongoing.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy unsuccessfully attempted to break through our defenses nine times in the areas of Shcherbaky, Stepove, and towards Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Stepnohirsk, and Prymorske.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy conducted two unsuccessful offensive actions near the Antonivka Bridge.

In other directions, no significant changes in the situation were observed.
